Server moves

Key benefits:

  • IRIS technicians will relocate your IRIS software for you either on site or by remote online access at a time convenient for you, including showing you how each PC needs to be set up.
  • We show you where the IRIS software has been re-installed and where your data is relocated, so you can update your back up procedures.
  • We can also supply Microsoft SQL Server at competitive prices for use with the IRIS software database and if you have bought Microsoft SQL Server from us, if required we can arrange to install it.


Extended technical support

Key benefits:

  • Using our Extended Technical Support service (ETS) you can reduce down-time and increase productivity by making IT changes outside office hours.
  • With ETS our dedicated team of expert technical consultants will be on hand to assist you with problems you may encounter between IRIS software and your IT platform, for example, when installing or loading updates, creating back up routines or making changes to your IT infrastructure (e.g. adding a new PC, networking etc).
  • This ‘out of hours’ service is available weekdays from 5pm to 8pm and Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm, so that you can make changes to your IT set up and/or upgrade your IRIS software safe in the knowledge that we are here to help.
